Mira is an AI sales rep for Indian consumer brands. She finds venues that should carry your brand, researches each one, and drafts the first message in your voice. On WhatsApp she sends it from your own number. On Instagram she drafts and you send from your own account. These terms cover using Mira. Using the product means you agree to them.
Mira is sold as a monthly pilot at ₹9,000, prepaid, one month at a time, through Razorpay. She works up to fifteen prospects a day, and a pilot month covers up to 300 prospects worked. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Messages leave from your own WhatsApp number or Instagram account, never from ours. Every first message waits for your approval unless you decide otherwise. Once you have approved enough of them by hand, you can let her send on WhatsApp without you: it is off until you switch it on, and you can switch it off again from your account page at any time. On Instagram she prepares the message and you send it yourself. Anything her own checks flag waits for you either way. Follow-ups and replies run on the cadence and voice rules you set.
Mira researches venues from public sources: their own websites, listings, and public social pages. She does not buy contact lists. She will not knowingly write to a business already on your client list once you have told her about it.
You can cancel from your account page at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; the month you already paid for keeps running until it ends. See the refund policy for what happens to that month's payment.
We may update these terms as the product changes. A material change is posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Mira after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of India.
