Refund policy

Mira's pilot month is ₹9,000, paid upfront, one month at a time.

Once she has worked for you

The pilot month is non-refundable once your first batch of drafts has been delivered. At that point she has done the work the month paid for.

If she never delivered

If your first batch is never delivered, for any reason, that month is refunded in full. Write to shaun@sviftstudios.com and we will sort it out.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops every future charge. It does not refund a month already delivered, and the month you have paid for keeps running until it ends.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and usually land within five to seven business days.
