Mira

Privacy policy

Last updated 4 September 2026

This is what Mira collects, why, and how to ask questions about it. It covers your data as a customer, and the prospect data Mira researches on your behalf.

What we collect

  • Your name, email, and the details you give her during setup: your brand, your voice, your WhatsApp number, and who you already sell to.
  • The messages Mira drafts and sends, and the replies she reads, so the conversation has a record.
  • Billing details, handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card.

Prospect data

Mira researches the venues she pitches from public sources only: their own websites, listings, and public social pages. This research is stored so she does not repeat it, and it is never sold or shared outside Mira. What you tell her yourself stays yours alone.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure, isolated so one customer's data cannot be read by another. On WhatsApp she sends from your own number, through a browser extension installed on your machine. On Instagram she drafts and you send from your own account. The extension holds no database credential and never sees anyone else's data.

Service providers

Mira relies on a small number of service providers to run: for hosting, sign-in, payments, email delivery, and research. Each receives only what it needs to do its job for Mira, and none of them may use your data for anything else. Your messages leave from your own WhatsApp or Instagram account, so those platforms carry them under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

We measure how people use getmira.in and this app: which pages they read, where they came from, and what they do next. Where you allow it, that includes cookies that recognise your browser across visits, a recording of how you move through our public pages, and advertising tags that tell Google and Meta when a visit turned into a sign-up. Nothing inside your account is recorded. You can change your choice any time.

Who sees it

Nobody at Mira reads your messages as a matter of course. Support can look at your account only to fix a problem you raise, and only for as long as that takes.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

As a data principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Erasing your account data ends your ability to use Mira, since she needs it to work. Write to shaun@sviftstudios.com for any of these, or to raise a grievance about how your data is handled.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you return or a dispute needs resolving. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. A material change is posted here with a new date.
